About Kirsten
Kirsten Lovett is a shamanic practitioner, rune ritualist, and sacred tobacco keeper rooted in cross-cultural animism.
Her lineage includes the Q’ero Pampamisayoq initiation (2011), ongoing Sacred Tobacco Ceremony practice (since 2012), Nordic Ritual Arts training with Ivy Mulligan and Merissa Lovett, and Nepalese shamanic studies with Bhola Banstola.
She teaches how to build authentic, reciprocal relationships with the spirits of nature through rune magic, galdr, and shamanic journeying — helping seekers remember that the Earth herself is a living ally.
